Sony Computer Entertainment and 989 Studios have not forgotten about PlayStation One owners: MLB 2005 arrives as the only baseball game for the platform. Like its big brother on the PS2, the PS One title is the only baseball game to offer strike zones proportional to individual hitters. Graphically, the game also received signifcant upgrades -- and all stadiums are designed with city specific details including haze, water effects, fireworks, and animated objects. MLB 2005 offers 78 Cooperstown legends, six old-time stadiums, and throwbacks galore.
