*We decided to finally let this one out... a fantastic show which we (sort of) had permission to film... before the show I had asked Dave via his forum about their audio/video taping policy-
his answer led me to believe he was totally cool with it because he talked about using better mics, cameras, etc...
Also had a conversation with Dave's wife right before the show about taping- she saw us setting up our gear, etc.

Well... everything was cool until the end of the set. Just before Forever Phil threw a towel at my brother who was filming from the front right up against the stage & scolded him. We didn't understand because 
he didn't seem to care at all until that very moment...
We ended up talking with Dave's wife (who defended us) & apologized to their tour manager and got out of there...
We really felt bad for causing a problem... clearly Phil was pissed off. Also according to his wife Dave was sick with the flu this night although he played his ass off & sounded great.
